If you want to request deletion of your personal data associated with DePasseios, follow these instructions.
How to request data deletion
- Send an email to hola@depasseios.com with the subject: "Data deletion request".
- Include minimum identifying details so we can locate your conversation or booking.
- You will receive an acknowledgement and a tracking reference.
Recommended information for processing
- Phone number used on WhatsApp (with country code), or email used on the website.
- Conversation ID or booking ID (if available).
- Full name and approximate contact date.
Response timeline
We process requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal or tax retention obligations.
